Your e-PIT is an introduced service of preparing the annual PIT returns for those taxpayers who achieve revenues only through the tax remittent. This is a great convenience for the employees or mandates. They do have not to submit their annual PIT returns by themselves. However, they are not completely relieved from liability. On the other hand the tax remittent have less time than in previous years to prepare relevant information.

CSWP Tax Adviser Mirosława Zugaj, talked about the obligations imposed on the taxpayer and the tax remittent in the TV program “Business for people”.
