Po wielu miesiącach przygotowań ruszyła realizacja rozbudowy bazy logistycznej Galan Logistics w Kobylance, inwestycji stanowiącej istotny element dalszego rozwoju firmy.

W ramach świadczonej usługi Nadzoru Inwestorskiego jako Inżynier Kontraktu, przy ścisłej współpracy z Inwestorem odpowiadamy za:
• nadzór nad pracami projektowymi
• uzyskanie niezbędnych zgód i zezwoleń umożliwiających realizację budowy
• wybór Generalnego Wykonawcy
• kompleksowy, wielobranżowy nadzór inwestorski nad całą realizacją

Obecny etap inwestycji obejmuje rozbudowę istniejącego budynku o nową część serwisową oraz część biurową, realizację placu manewrowego dla samochodów ciężarowych oraz niezbędnej infrastruktury sanitarnej i elektrycznej.

Dla Inwestora jest to kolejny etap rozwoju i realizacji strategii biznesowej, a sama inwestycja stanowi istotny punkt w ponad 20-letniej historii Galan Logistics, wzmacniając potencjał operacyjny i tworząc podstawy do dalszego rozwoju.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the next stage of cooperation between Verocon Sp z o.o. and Galan Logistics 🚛🏗️

After many months of preparation, the implementation of the expansion of Galan Logistics ’s logistics base in Kobylanka has begun—an investment that represents a key element of the company’s further development.

As part of the Investor Supervision service provided in the role of Contract Engineer, and in close cooperation with the Investor, we are responsible for:
· supervision of design works
· obtaining the necessary approvals and permits enabling the construction to proceed
· selection of the General Contractor
· comprehensive, multi-disciplinary investor supervision of the entire project

The current stage of the investment includes the expansion of the existing building with a new service area and office space, the construction of a maneuvering yard for heavy goods vehicles, as well as the required sanitary and electrical infrastructure.

For the Investor, this marks another stage of growth and implementation of its business strategy. The investment itself represents an important milestone in the over 20-year history of Galan Logistics, strengthening operational capacity and laying the foundations for further development.

Wspólnie realizujemy nową inwestycję w miejscowości Motaniec, obejmującą budowę nowoczesnej hali produkcyjno‑magazynowej wyposażonej w dwie suwnice o udźwigu 15 t, z zapleczem socjalnym. Zakres prac obejmuje również budowę ekranów akustycznych, pełne zagospodarowanie terenu oraz wykonanie kluczowych elementów infrastruktury technicznej.

🎉 We are pleased to announce the start of cooperation between VEROCON and NDL Industrial!

Together, we are implementing a new investment in Motaniec, including the construction of a modern production and warehouse hall equipped with two cranes with a lifting capacity of 15 tons, with social facilities. The scope of work also includes the construction of acoustic screens, full land development and the ex*****on of key elements of technical infrastructure.

🔧 VEROCON Sp. z o.o. is responsible, m.in, for conducting the tender process along with the selection of the General Contractor and the implementation of multi-discipline Investor Supervision in the role of Contract Engineer.

We are pleased to announce the completion of a comprehensive renovation of the existing building in Pilchowo, carried out for GALAN LOGISTICS. 👷

The project included a thorough renovation of the existing building, including thermal modernization, resulting in the creation of modern office space and a functional warehouse, fully compliant with modern work and logistics standards. The building was equipped with modern technological solutions, such as:
-a heat pump system
-a photovoltaic installation,
which significantly contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions and increasing the facility's energy efficiency. 🌳

This investment represents an important step in providing facilities for the further development of GALAN LOGISTICS strengthening the infrastructure necessary for the implementation of future projects. 📈

As a VEROCON we were responsible for the comprehensive implementation of this investment, including supervision of the design work, construction management, implementation, supervision, and handover of the building. We completed the entire project in just eight months, thanks to excellent communication, commitment, and partnership with GALAN LOGISTICS throughout every stage of the project.

The result is spectacular and proves that even older, forgotten buildings can be given a second life and continue to serve for many years to come.
We are incredibly proud of this project.

We are proud to announce that VEROCON Sp. z o.o. has commenced Investor Supervision for Logistser Sp. z o.o., representing in Poland the Spanish brand SKLUM – a manufacturer of designer furniture and interior accessories that transform every space in your home into a unique and authentic space. Each product tells its own story, reflecting passion and the highest quality craftsmanship.

🏗️ The investment includes the construction of a modern distribution center with extensive technical infrastructure, spanning over 100,000m2. This will be one of the largest investments in Stargard and region in recent years!

As part of our collaboration with the Investor, we are responsible for:
🔹 Development of the design concept
🔹 Obtaining an Environmental Decision
🔹 Supervision of design work, including obtaining a Building Permit
🔹 Selection of the General Contractor

Z radością informujemy, że nasza firma VEROCON Sp. z o.o. wspólnie z Nemera Szczecin Sp. z o.o. zakończyła realizację wyjątkowego projektu – rozbudowę strefy Metrologii (specjalnej strefy laboratoryjno-pomiarowej) znajdującej się w obszarze walidowanego i kwalifikowanego CLEANROOMU klasy ISO 8 (zgodnie z normą ISO 14644-1). Projekt obejmował szereg działań budowlanych i instalacyjnych związanych z dostosowaniem i powiększeniem istniejącego pomieszczenia.

Z przyjemnością informujemy, że firma VEROCON Sp. z o.o., zakończyła realizację przebudowy istniejącego Zakładu Produkcji Medycznej NEMERA w Szczecinie. Projekt obejmował szereg działań budowlanych i instalacyjnych związanych ze stworzeniem nowej przestrzeni biurowej, budową dróg, miejsc postojowych, chodników oraz budowę łącznika między budynkami.

Całość została zrealizowana w terminie (10.2024 – 12.2024), zgodnie z obowiązującymi normami budowlanymi oraz przy zachowaniu standardów farmaceutycznych. Dodatkowo, wykonane prace uwzględniają standardy BREEAM, co potwierdza ich jakość oraz zgodność z ekologicznymi wymaganiami branży.

We are pleased to announce that VEROCON Sp. z o.o. has completed the reconstruction of the existing NEMERA Medical Production Plant in Szczecin. The project included a construction and installation activities related to the creation of new office space, construction of roads, parking spaces, sidewalks and the construction of a connector between the buildings.

The entire project was completed on time (10.2024 - 12.2024), in accordance with applicable construction standards and pharmaceutical standards. Additionally, the work carried out takes into account BREEAM standards, which confirms their quality and compliance with the ecological requirements of the industry.
