We're looking for an Accountant Team Leader to join our team in Szczecin!

This role is about more than processes and numbers. It's about supporting people, creating a positive team environment, and helping others grow. You'll become part of a team led by Magdalena, working closely together to drive results and build a strong, collaborative culture.

You'll join our Intercompany E2E Hub, where one team takes end-to-end ownership of intercompany processes across METRO. Based on the Intercompany E2E Hub concept, the model brings ownership, expertise and processes together in one place with an end-to-end view of intercompany reconciliation.

If you have accounting experience, enjoy leading people and are confident balancing people management with a strong understanding of finance processes, we'd love to meet you.

Moving, breathing, reconnecting 🌿

Last week, we took again a little time to pause and reconnect with our bodies during another Wellbeing session at METRO Global Solution Center PL, led by our colleague Kamila.

We worked on gentle movement, shaking and body tapping, breathing exercises and mindful yoga. For us, wellbeing is not only about what happens outside of work. It is also about making time during the day to reset, breathe and become more aware of how we feel.

And just like that, 45 minutes flew by! A good reminder that sometimes, taking a little time for yourself can make a real difference. 🧘‍♀️🌿
