Email Address Registration
Following is the process of Email Address registration, which will eventually make them enable to register NBP Digital-Mobile App easily without visiting branch:
Step:1 Customer send SMS to 8627 with “Y” or “Email Address” (Ex: [email protected])
Notes:
I. Customer must send SMS from registered Mobile Number
II. “Y” is denoting “Yes” for email address registration
Step:2 Customer will be contacted by NBP representative for verification & email address registration.
Step:3 NBP system will send an “Email” to customer on registered email address the process of Mobile App registration with a link to access NBP Digital.
Note: Alternatively, NBP customers can access NBP Digital from App/Play store.
Step:4 Customer will register himself/herself on NBP Digital & then enjoy 24/7 banking experience.
