At Damen Support Programme, a special ceremony was held to recognize the dedication and achievements of our field teams while reinforcing the organization's strategic direction for the future.

During the event, participants were engaged in an interactive brainstorming session on future growth plans, new product initiatives, and various measures to improve operational efficiency, strengthen portfolio quality, and enhance client services. The session emphasized the importance of innovation, continuous improvement, and collective commitment to achieving DSP's strategic objectives and delivering greater value to the communities we serve.

Recognized branches were also presented with cash prizes and certificates for their outstanding performance. The ceremony concluded with Mr. Asghar Memon, CEO, DSP, presenting shields to the Champion Branches. In his address, the CEO appreciated the commitment, teamwork, and consistent efforts of the teams, encouraging them to continue setting higher benchmarks and contributing towards DSP's sustainable growth.

Celebrating Freedom, Inspiring Progress

DSP Head Office staff along with area office and branch staff came alive with patriotic spirit as colleagues gathered to celebrate the 79th Independence Day of Pakistan with pride and enthusiasm.

The celebration was graced by the presence of Chairperson Madam Naghma Rashid and CEO Mr. Asghar Memon. The CEO welcomed everyone and shared his appreciation for the team’s participation, emphasizing the importance of unity, commitment, and continued contribution towards the progress of Pakistan.

The Chairperson and CEO jointly hoisted the national flag during the flag-hoisting ceremony, marking the occasion with a renewed commitment to the organization’s values, unity, and progress.

The day featured flag hoisting, cake cutting, and moments of shared patriotism, reinforcing DSP’s commitment to empowering communities and contributing to a stronger, more inclusive and prosperous Pakistan.

Celebrating PKR 6 Billion+ OLP

DSP proudly celebrated the achievement of crossing PKR 6 billion in Outstanding Loan Portfolio (OLP) at its Head Office, marking another significant milestone in the organization's journey of expanding financial inclusion and empowering underserved communities across Punjab.

Addressing the gathering, CEO Mr. Asghar Ali Memon congratulated the team for their dedication and collective efforts in reaching this landmark achievement. He appreciated the commitment of employees across the organization and encouraged everyone to maintain the same momentum as DSP advances towards its next target of PKR 7 billion in OLP.

We are pleased to share that DSP has signed a PKR 500 million financing including a bilateral financing agreement with HBL, marking another significant milestone in our long-standing partnership to advance financial inclusion across Punjab.

These landmark agreements reflect the shared commitment of DSP and HBL to expanding access to responsible financial services and creating greater economic opportunities for women in underserved communities. Through this strategic partnership, DSP will further strengthen its outreach, enabling more women to establish and grow sustainable livelihoods while contributing to inclusive and sustainable economic development.

During the signing ceremony, Mr. Asghar Memon, CEO, Damen Support Programme, presented commemorative shields to Mr. Faisal N. Lalani, Group Head – Financial Institutions; Ms. Romana, Head – International & FI Risk; Mr. Amjad Imran Khan, Head – Financial Institutions; Mr. Syed Ahsan Mehdi, Head – NBFI & Global CPM & Mr. Syed Salman Rizvi, Unit Head – NBFI; in recognition of their valuable support and commitment in strengthening the strategic partnership between DSP and HBL and successfully concluding the PKR 500 million bilateral financing agreement.
