I picked 30 stocks some months ago through FiRe Strategy that tracks fundamentals. Today, I reviewed its performance that gave 54% gain excluding dividends ~ around 60% with dividends.

Let's see if I can convert FiRe strategy into an AI based FiRe agent next.

T+1 settlement on PSX will start from 09.02.2026. It means that if I buy something today, I can sell it tomorrow.

Furthermore, for RDA Halal investors, we'll always see our total investments at all times. Currently, the buying of last day is not visible in CDC records and we lose track of portfolio size.

Sultan Karim is a person who is actively writing on the subject of finance.

He claimed to organize a workshop that was actually a 2.5 hours of marketing for his course. I atrended it today. As is typical, in finance world these course sellers use manipulative psychology tactics to pressure people to sign up and pay upfront GBP 3k to 10k to benefit from that ultimate authority.

I identified several red flags in his shallow marketing and speech. I objected to the misleading and fradulent tactics he used to waste my 2.5 hours to attend his "Marketing Ad" instead of a workshop. He used plenty of "Islam" and "Halal" jargons to arouse emotions of audience to sign up "RIGHT NOW". When I raised questions, he said wait for Q&A session. When Q&A time came, he said that time is too short and they can't take questions. I called out his bluff and left the meeting.

I wanted to then give him then a direct feedback via LinkedIn. But guess what? Within seconds, he blocked me.

If someone from finance industry has Sultan Karim in his connection, feel free to send him a screenshot. Also, beware of these fraudulents who use Islam as a tool to rip off common people.

A lot of traders will now earn Halal income due to early settlement.

If USA stock market is trading at 22.3 P/E multiple and is being considered over-valued, Pakistan should be at least half of USA i.e. 11 P/E to be considered over-valued.
