Alhamdulilah, Finally the registrar cooperatives has approved the proposal by Urban developers of investment of one billion rupees instead of bank gurantee and has advised urban devlopers to take over the project and issue all performing members New files / Provisional Allotment letters against their membership ! Mubarik to All !

Alhamdulilah The merger is well underway, there are some departmental procedures in progress..... The Department is taking One billion Rupees bank Guarantee from Developer to ensure delivery of complete project with in next 3 years...The new rate of 1 Kanal plot will be around 55 lacs per kanal which was initially sold for just 14-16 lacs.... rest assured the land will return gold IA to t hose who hold.....
