محترم ممبران،
اپنے معزز ممبران کی معاونت کے عزم کے تسلسل میں ہم یہ اعلان کرتے ہوئے خوشی محسوس کر رہے ہیں کہ ایک *خصوصی ڈسکاؤنٹ پالیسی* متعارف کرائی جا رہی ہے جو یکم ستمبر 2025 سے 12 ستمبر 2025 تک نافذ العمل ہوگی۔
یہ بات نہایت اہم ہے کہ ایک بڑی تعداد میں ممبران نے اب تک اپنے واجبات ادا نہیں کیے، حالانکہ ان کے پلاٹ کئی سال پہلے حوالے کیے جا چکے ہیں۔ ادائیگیوں میں یہ تاخیر دیگر ممبران کو بروقت منصوبے فراہم کرنے کی ہماری صلاحیت میں رکاوٹ بن رہی ہے۔
لہٰذا ایسے ممبران کو اپنی بقیہ رقم کی ادائیگی کے لیے ایک مقررہ مدت دی جا رہی ہے، جس کے ساتھ مذکورہ ڈسکاؤنٹ کا فائدہ بھی شامل ہے۔ ہمیں یقین ہے کہ تمام متعلقہ ممبران اس معاملے کو فوری توجہ دیں گے

In continuation of our commitment to supporting our valued members, we are pleased to announce a *special discount policy*, applicable from *1st September 2025 until 12th September 2025.*
It is imperative to note that a significant proportion of members have *not cleared their outstanding dues*, despite their plots having been handed over several years ago. This delay in payments is directly hindering our ability to deliver projects to other members in a timely manner.
Accordingly, a timeline has now been provided to such members for settlement of their dues, along with the benefit of the above-mentioned discount. *We trust that all concerned members will give this matter their immediate attention*
