ڈسپیوٹ ریزولیشن کمیٹی کے فیصلے کی اپیل ہائی کورٹ کے ریٹائرڈ جج کی سربراہمی میں قائم خصوصی ٹربیونل سنے گا

خصوصی ٹربیونل بھی اپیل کا فیصلہ90کے اندر اندر کرنے پابند ہو گا

وزیر اعلی مریم نواز شریف کے وژن ریاست عوام کی دہلیز پر کے مطابق نئے آرڈیننس کے تحت پنجاب کے ہر ضلع میں ڈِسپیوٹ ریزولیشن کمیٹی قائم ہوگی

پنجاب میں نئے نظامِ انصاف کے تحت عدالت جانے سے پہلے نجی جائیداد پر قبضہ کا ایشوڈسپیوٹ ریزولیشن کمیٹی حل کرے گی

برسوں سے لوگ عدالتوں کے چکر کاٹنے والے سائلین کو پنجاب میں برق رفتار انصاف کے لیے ڈسپیوٹ ریزولیشن کمیٹی ہرقبضہ کیس کا فیصلہ 90دن میں کرے گی

6 رکنی ضلعی تصفیہ کمیٹی کا کنونیئرڈپٹی کمشنر، ڈی پی او اور دیگر حکام بھی شامل ہونگے


30دن کے اندر ڈسپیوٹ ریزولیشن کمیٹیاں فنکشنل کرنے کا ہدف مقرر

ریاستی رِٹ اور عوامی حقِ ملکیت کے تحفظ کی نئی مثال قائم--کیس کے فیصلے کے بعد 24 گھنٹے کے اندر قبضہ مافیا سے زمین واگزار کرائی جائے گی

عوام کی ملکیت ہتھیانے والوں سے قبضہ چھڑانے کے لئے پیرا فورس کی خدمات حاصل کرنے کی سفارش کاجائزہ
