We hosted our Half-Yearly Business Review Conference in Karachi on 21–22 July 2025, bringing together Regional Chiefs and Zonal Heads from across Pakistan, representing both Conventional and Shariah-Compliant Takaful operations.

The two-day program, opened by Mian Rizwan Majeed, Divisional Head – Marketing, focused on leadership development, operational excellence, and service delivery. Syed Faisal Tehzeeb, Divisional Head – HRDD, led a session on Management of Zones; Kapeel Kumar کپیل کمار Kumar, Regional Head – Underwriting (South), shared insights on Digital Underwriting and Process Efficiency; Dr. Arshad Iraqi, Divisional Head – Compliance, addressed AML, and Claim Management; and Tariq Saeed Chaudhry, Chief Takaful Officer, discussed Takaful Business Management.

The conference concluded with Faisal Mumtaz, Chief Actuary, delivering an impactful session on Product Knowledge and Service Excellence—reinforcing our commitment to investing in our people and strengthening financial protection through innovation and trust.
