rt is operational, it will automatically necessitate the construction of warehouses for storing transshipment goods as well as large scale heavy industries that can convert raw materials into finished goods besides other mega projects generated from one business to another. Thus, there arises a need for an industrial zone that is equipped to meet the requirements of an emergent business sector in a centralized location.
