Pak-Qatar General Takaful Limited Holds 20th AGM Post-PSX Listing

Pak-Qatar General Takaful Limited successfully held its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at PC Hotel, Karachi, marking a key milestone as the Company’s first AGM following its listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The meeting was attended by the directors, senior management, and valued shareholders.

The AGM saw strong participation from shareholders, reflecting sustained confidence in the Company’s performance and strategic direction. Shareholders approved a 10% dividend along with three special resolutions and routine agenda items.

A formal voting process was conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, with active shareholder engagement and unanimous approval of all resolutions.

Speaking on the occasion, the management reaffirmed the Company’s commitment to transparency, robust governance, and adherence to Shariah-compliant financial principles.
