Another milestone for Pakistan's evolving capital markets.
Today, the Extraordinary General Meeting ( ) of LSE S**C-I Limited, Pakistan's first **C, was held, where shareholders approved the proposed Scheme of Arrangement for the merger with Ningbo Green Light Energy Pvt Ltd. (NGLE), the pre-identified target company disclosed in the approved Prospectus.

The transaction now moves to the next stage, subject to the approval of the Hon'ble Lahore High Court and other applicable regulatory requirements.

It's encouraging to witness the S**C framework in Pakistan progressing from concept to ex*****on, marking another step in the country's capital market development.

From a landmark debut to another record-setting milestone.

Following the success of LSE S**C I, LSE S**C II concluded its balloting today after being 22.27x oversubscribed, a remarkable vote of confidence from investors and another defining moment for the LSE Capital. We thank our investors and partners for their continued trust.

The balloting ceremony was held after 18 years in Pakistan. The ceremony was performed by Mr. Zahid Latif Khan, Senior Vice Chairman of Pakistan Stock Brokers Association, and founder of ZLK Corp/LSE Capital.
The ceremony was performed in the presence of PSX officials, Mr. Wasim A. Sattar and Mr. Imran Lakhani

The balloting resulted in the allotment of 100% applicants for 500 and 1000 shares. Their combined total number stood at 3044 investors.
