Basic understanding of Buy Stop Placements when there's volume in the market. Always use higher timeframe for setups of buy stop or sell stop .

Any timeframe above then 30 min is good .

Not every time is good for trading. Wait for volume to kick in and stay out of consolidation.

Many traders lose money and patience while in consolidation areas, which leads to confusion.
Trade less and only trade in sessions and times which you have back tested before.
