GOLD WEEKLY FORECAST
As we look at this chart of xauusd , it appears that price has broke out upward channel and has fallen to support between 2736-2720 . if price shows any sign of reversal (hammer , bullish engulfing ) then can attempt to retest lower boundary of previous channel (2756-2762 ) or (2747-2752 ).
Bearish scenario : if gold fails to hold above 2736 and breaks below support zone it may continue its downward movement . A close below 2720 could confirm a bearish trend with target 2711/2700/2686/2680

IMPACT OF THE US ELECTION ON GOLD
If election results in contested outcomes or increased uncertainty, gold could see bullish momentum due to safe-haven demand , A clear and stable result especially if it leads to a positive economic outlook , may decrease gold demands as risk appetite increases, which could result in bearish pressure.
