ملڪ جي صدر آصف علي زرداري سنڌ يونيورسٽي جي وائيس چانسلر پروفيسر ڊاڪٽر فتح محمد مري کي اعليٰ تعليم ۽ زرعي معيشت جي شعبن ۾ سندس شاندار خدمتن جي اعتراف ۾ کيس ملڪ جي اعلي ۽ باوقار “تمغهِ امتياز” ايوارڊ سان نوازي ڇڏيو آهي. ڊاڪٽر مري کي اھڙو قومي اعزاز ايوانِ صدر ۾ منعقد ٿيل هڪ تقريب دوران صدر پاڪستان آصف علي زرداريءَ عطا ڪيو. واضح رھي ته ڊاڪٽر فتح محمد مري جو شمار پاڪستان جي ناميارن زرعي معيشت جي ماھرن ۽ تعليمي اڳواڻن ۾ ٿئي ٿو. هو هن وقت سنڌ يونيورسٽي جي وائيس چانسلر طور خدمتون سرانجام ڏئي رهيو آهي، جڏهن ته ان کان اڳ هو سنڌ زرعي يونيورسٽي ٽنڊوڄام جي وائيس چانسلر طور پڻ ذميواريون نڀائي چڪو آهي. زرعي معيشت ۾ پي ايڇ ڊي جي ڊگري رکندڙ ڊاڪٽر مري پاڪستان جي اعليٰ تعليم واري شعبي ۾ تعليمي سڌارن، علمي انتظام ڪاري ۽ پاليسي سازي ۾ نمايان خدمتون سرانجام ڏئي چڪو آھي. هائر ايجوڪيشن ڪميشن پاڪستان ۾ ميمبر آپريشنز اينڊ پلاننگ توڙي قائم مقام ايگزيڪيوٽو ڊائريڪٽر طور پنهنجي خدمتن دوران هن ملڪ جي يونيورسٽين کي جديد تقاضائن سان هم آهنگ بڻائڻ لاءِ اهم سڌارن ۾ مرڪزي ڪردار ادا ڪيو. سندس قيادت خاص طور ڪورونا وبا دوران وڌيڪ نمايان ٿي، جڏهن هن آن لائن تعليم ۽ ڊجيٽل لرننگ پليٽ فارمن جي واڌاري لاءِ اهم قدم کنيا، جنهن سبب يونيورسٽيون غير معمولي حالتن باوجود پنهنجون تعليمي ۽ تحقيقي سرگرميون جاري رکي سگهيون. سندس نگراني هيٺ شروع ڪيل ڪيترن ئي سڌارن وارن منصوبن ۽ قدمن کي عالمي سطح تي پڻ ساراهيو ويو، جنھن سبب کيس ڪيترائي اعزاز مليا. ھوڏانھن تعليمي ماهرن، استادن، سول سوسائٽي جي نمائندن ۽ مادرعلمي جي سمورن اسٽيڪ ھولڊرن ڊاڪٽر فتح مري کي قومي سول ايوارڊ ملڻ تي واڌايون ڏيندي ان کي سنڌ جي اڪيڊمڪ ڪميونٽي لاءِ فخر جو لمحو قرار ڏنو آهي. ھنن چيو ته ڊاڪٽر فتح مريءَ کي قومي سول ايوارڊ ملڻ حقيقت ۾ پاڪستان اندر تعليم، تحقيق ۽ اداري سازي لاءِ سندس ڊگهي خدمتن جو اعتراف آهي.

The interviews for the Need Cum Merit Scholarship that were set for Thursday have been canceled due to the University notifying us only three days in advance about transportation. Students whose interviews were planned for Thursday will be rescheduled for next week. The revised schedule will be shared on this page later.
