Our newly hired Relationship Officers (ROs) came together in Islamabad for an Orientation & Development Program designed to prepare them for the work ahead.

As a customer-first bank, we want our frontline teams to understand not just our products and processes, but the people they serve. The program focused on strengthening core skills, building business knowledge, understanding different functions of the Bank, and developing the practical capabilities needed to create better customer experiences.

Mobilink Bank has partnered with Yango to introduce Shariah-compliant vehicle and handset financing for eligible Yango Pakistan drivers, helping more people turn mobility into an opportunity to earn, grow and build greater financial independence.

This financing covers cars, motorcycles, e-bikes, rickshaws and handsets, along with embedded Takaful protection and access to Mobilink Bank’s wider digital ecosystem, including the Business Plus Account, Dost App onboarding, Raast QR payments and online Outpatient Department (OPD) medical services through our insurance partners.

Launching first in Karachi, the partnership will expand nationwide, supporting drivers as entrepreneurs and strengthening financial inclusion across Pakistan’s growing gig economy.
