Punjab says the Green Railway Corridor spans 45 kilometres, is planned in four phases, carries an estimated cost of over Rs1.77 billion, and aims to establish 32 public parks.
The project is designed to convert unused land along railway tracks into parks and green spaces. It is a public-realm initiative to watch—not an automatic property-price forecast.
