The Talent Acquisition Program (TAP) 2026 journey lands in Karachi, bringing together promising candidates from across the southern regions for Stage 2: Group Discussions and Stage 3: Panel Interviews.

As part of the Talent Acquisition Program(TAP) 2026, shortlisted candidates from central and northern regions gathered in Islamabad to participate in the rigorous group discussions.

Candidates shared their backgrounds, learning experiences, and excitement as they demonstrated their analytical and problem-solving skills through real-world case study presentations.

Pak EXIM, in collaboration with NIBAF, launched its Talent Acquisition Program(TAP) 2026 to select its flagship batch of fresh and early-career graduates from across Pakistan, through a competitive, merit-based evaluation process.

Out of thousands that applied, 1,000+ applicants appeared for the written examination, and 190 shortlisted candidates progressed to the next stage.

The first phase of evaluation in Islamabad hosted shortlisted candidates from central and northern regions for group discussions and panel interviews.
