The office of the Associationis located at the Campus of The Islamia of University, Bahawalpur.All full time employees of the university consisting of Lecturers, Assistant Proffers, Associate Proffers, Proffers, Research Staff in BPS-17 and above and such other persons as may be declared as teacher by regulations of persons as may be declared as teacher by Regulations of the University shall be e

ligible to become members of the Association. Exercise the right of voting (each member having one vote for election of each office and one vote for each meeting of the Association), contest elections, propose and support candidates for holding an office in the Association subject to the condition that the member has paid all up to date arrears & no outstanding amount of Association remains at his credit. Participate in the activities of Association
III. Propose and support resolutions
Every person admitted as a member shall be under obligation to:
I. Abide by the rules and regulations of the Association. Promote the dignity and honor of the Association. Take active interest and Co-operate for the promotion of aims and objectives of the Association. Every member shall pay subscription @ Rs:15 month to be deducted from his salary. Every member shall subscribe Rs:20 as admission fee for membership (only once) and Rs:20 for re-admission to the membership. The subscriptions once paid, shall not be refundable.

Sad News: Father of our faculty member Engr.Zufiqar Ahmed Lecture UCET-IUB and his son passed away in a road accident near khanpur. Both the persons died at the spot, rest of the five family members including women and children are injured but safe. Please recite faatiha for those who passed away and pray for patience to those who have lost their loved ones.

The Oath taking ceremony of the newly elected executives of ASA-2015 was held on 9th April at Sports Ground Abbasia Campus IUB. The honorable chief guest & the vice chancellor of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur "Dr Qaiser Mushtaq " took the Oath from the executive members of ASA.
A splendid dinner was also arranged at the occasion.

The First ASA Executive body meeting is held at 30-3-2015,11:30 am. The meeting is chaired by ASA President Jawed hassan Chandio at Chairman office department of Saraiki baghdad-ul-jadeed Campus. Executive body members included FR's attend the meeting. The Basic agenda was the oath taking ceremony, next criteria and related matters.
