- was the official start of the existence of the PNP Rainbow Multi-Purpose Cooperative when the Cooperative Development Authority approved its registration under Registration Number PAG. 1670-79 and has as its objective of helping in the upliftment of the economic and social being of the police personnel in Region 9. The Cooperative serves as a lending institution and extends cre

dit to its members with minimal interest in order to counter the illegal activities of usurers/5-6 operators that continue to make the lives of PNP personnel in the region miserable due to the high and exorbitant rates that they impose to police borrowers.
