- was the official start of the existence of the PNP Rainbow Multi-Purpose Cooperative when the Cooperative Development Authority approved its registration under Registration Number PAG. 1670-79 and has as its objective of helping in the upliftment of the economic and social being of the police personnel in Region 9. The Cooperative serves as a lending institution and extends cre

dit to its members with minimal interest in order to counter the illegal activities of usurers/5-6 operators that continue to make the lives of PNP personnel in the region miserable due to the high and exorbitant rates that they impose to police borrowers.

Parilla, our Supervising Collection Officer / Administrative Assistant, in a simple yet heartfelt retirement program as he concludes an extraordinary 23 years of dedicated service to the Cooperative.

With gratitude and pride, the PNP Rainbow Multi-Purpose Cooperative successfully conducted the groundbreaking ceremony of the PNP RMPC Gasoline Station on May 14, 2026, at the PNP RMPC Main Office, Zone 1-A Mercedes, Zamboanga City.

This milestone marks another significant step in the cooperativeโ€™s commitment to expanding services and creating sustainable business opportunities for its members and the community.

We sincerely thank our valued partner, Seven Trent Petroleum (STP), for its trust and collaboration in this new business venture. Together, we look forward to a strong and successful partnership in delivering quality fuel services.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of PCOL Segundo Q. Duran, Jr. (Ret.), an original member and former Chairperson of the PNP Rainbow Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PNP RMPC), on May 11, 2026.

His body lies in state at their residence on Locson Drive, Guiwan, Zamboanga City. Interment and other details will be announced later.
