Effective September 15, 2006, the following policies and guidelines on loan availments shall be observed, to wit:

1. Only regular employees/teachers and SSS Pensioners with ATM cards are qualified for loan.

2. Borrowers with good credit standing and updated loan payments can avail of Mid-year/Christmas Bonus loan which should not, in any way, exceed two (2) months. A letter of Authorization shall be executed by the teachers prior to the release of loan to ensure that the paycheck be given solely in our favor to be furnished to the Disbursing Officer of said school.

3. No loan renewals/restructuring shall be granted unless the borrower has already paid at least 80% of his/her total loan amortizations.

4. All Disclosure Statements and Promissory Notes must be signed by the Co-Maker/s. Borrowers must also submit a photocopy of his/her Residence Certificate, Latest Payslips, and Company/School ID.
