() is one of the biggest acts leading the P-pop wave, but as the group reaches new heights, it now looks to uplift its peers in the industry and a whole generation of emerging talent in the country.
SB19 leader and 1Z Entertainment President Pablo believes that group’s role within P-pop involves constantly pushing its creative boundaries. “Through evolving our sound, introducing fresh concepts, and staying grounded in our identity, we are actively shaping what P-pop can represent on a global stage,” he says.
The mechanics of sustaining a career at SB19’s level remain physically and emotionally demanding.
Thankfully, the group has a holistic approach to self-care. Ken says, “As much as possible, we try to set boundaries and make time to rest and reconnect with ourselves outside of work.”
“I believe health is not just physical,” Stell says. “It should also be a balance across mental, emotional, and financial health.”
“We remind and inspire each other to stay healthy in all aspects by simply checking in,” says Josh.
The group’s partnership with AIA Philippines emerged from their check-ins and conversations around sustainability and well-being. In April 2026, they were officially named the new ambassadors of the insurance firm.
Justin says, “We have learned that to give our best to our music, performances, or anything we put out for A’TIN and the community, we have to prioritize our own well-being first.”
