The San Juan Dela Cruz parish Savings and Credit Cooperative (SJCPSCC) is in need of a 𝐇𝐔𝐌𝐀𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐄 & 𝐀𝐃𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐄.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in Human Resources and Administrative functions.
• Experience in Payroll Administration, Labor Compliance, Employee Relations, and Procurement is an advantage.
• Experience working in a Cooperative, SME, or Service-oriented organization is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
