WE ARE LOOKING FOR AXA MANAGERS!!!

Job Role:
-Recruiting, Training and up-skilling of advisors
-Target monitoring and activity management
-Coaching and Mentoring advisors
-Creating strategic programs within the unit to ensure growth in terms of production and manpower
-Utilizing the social media platform and job boards to maximize reach of marketing collaterals and recruitment initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least a Bachelor's/Degree in any these fields: Business Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Finance
-At least 5 years working experience and has a track record of success
-Less than 5 years can be considered as long as candidate has substantial and diverse exposure in financial services industry
-Experience and exposure in BANCASSURANCE - a definite advantage!
-Experience in recruitment and sales management; insurance background is a plus
-Managerial/Asst. Managerial roles specializing in sales experience
