Dear Me,

You’ve made it through days you were certain would break you. There were moments when you carried more than anyone could see, and somehow you still kept going — quietly, imperfectly, but honestly. That matters.
I know you often measure yourself against timelines, expectations, and the versions of life you thought you’d have by now. But your story has never been a straight line. It’s been made of detours, pauses, rebuilding, and learning how to begin again even when you were tired.

Please remember this: growth is not always loud. Sometimes it looks like getting out of bed when your mind is heavy. Sometimes it looks like trying again after disappointment. Sometimes it looks like choosing softness instead of criticism.
You do not need to have everything figured out to deserve peace. You are allowed to rest without earning it first. You are allowed to change your mind, start over, ask for help, and outgrow people or dreams that no longer fit who you are becoming.
