‘Di ka yayaman sa pagtitipid at pag-iipon.

Bigyan kita ng example, si Juan kumikita ng 15k monthly. Mahal ang bilihin, may bayarin kada buwan. Kahit may disiplina ka sa ”pag-iipon”, it will not be enough. Magkano ba ang maiipon mo sa 15k sa cost of living ngayon sa Pilipinas? Lalo kung breadwinner ka.

Yes, okay ang “saving”. Good job! That’s the first step sa financial freedom. Pero sorry to tell you this, hindi ito sapat kung gusto mo magkaroon ng magandang lifestyle at mabili ang mga gusto mo.

You need to build at least 3-4 sources of your income.

Think of it, at your current age, ilan ang pinagkakakitaan mo? Kung isa lang at maliit ang sinasahod mo dito, may malaki kang problema sa mga susunod na taon.
