Last Saturday’s Unit Meeting with Team Cindy was truly inspiring. Nothing beats being surrounded by people who are eager to learn, grow, and become better together.

So many valuable insights were shared during the meeting, and it was a great reminder that when a team is open to learning and supporting one another, growth becomes inevitable. Every conversation, every idea, and every experience shared adds value not just to our careers, but also to who we are becoming.
