UMUULAN MAN O UMAARAW! 🌦

This august felt like one of the shortest months i've ever experienced in recent memory. With all the rain, activities, and superstitions, it all felt like it finished in a snap of a finger.

It wasn't without challenges for sure, but I like how our team responded to it. The word "GRIT" comes to mind when I think about how we performed; It wasn't us ending the month falling down and staying with the struggle but rather its us standing up and trying regardless. That's why even if there are rough patches, I would go through all of them with this team!

I know what we're capable of, and I know that this September will be a month that we'll definitely remember! Laban lang ng Laban! 🕺🕺🕺

PLANNER SPOTLIGHT: Sean Ray Salazar

I have personally witnessed someone who has slowly grown in the business. Though a work in progress, I see how he has committed to continuously get better time and time again.

When I first met this man he was a bit shy, but I knew that he had the potential to grow when he put his time and effort into. It has been a long 6 months since he has gotten coded, where it felt like he got discouraged about the business but I saw him get creative, be more involved, and be consistent in trusting his own process ⚙️

I'm proud of what he has accomplished so far and I can't wait more of his success in this industry!

"THE WEEK THAT WAS"

Over the past week, I felt like I was subjected to such an intense bootcamp, where I had to the test my whole self to overcome the obstacles I was facing.

From the very first day of August until today, I felt like I had to go through all the hoops just to get to where I want to be, but then I realized that it wasn't tests but rather it was fortification; it was preparation for me to reach a higher level.

That's when all the learnings, all the meetings, all the planning was God's way of telling me that this is my path, and that in order for me to reach greatness I had to learn, and learn, and learn, and learn.

I know I'm made for more, and I know that once It kicks in, my goals and dreams will be accomplished. 🏆

But for now, I'll absorb as much as I can, I know this will soon bear fruit! Kaya to' ako pa ba? 🤩

JOLLY JULY 🎊

July definitely was a curveball, I didn't know what to expect until the very end of the month!

It was really a melting pot of emotions for July. One moment it felt like everything was in place but in the next, I was so unsure of the outcome or if anything else will materialize. Luckily, Our Branch, Leaders, and planners are made of a winning formula and a never say die attitude!

I'm proud to be a witness of the greatness that each person possesses, and with every win the branch achieves, it represents each and every person's passion to strive and to give their 110%.

All eyes are on august, and I know that with everything that we've learned, experiences that we've shared, and people that we've connected with; there's nowhere else but to go up!

To be surrounded and mentored by such amazing leaders always feels like a surreal feeling!

I'm always thankful that I get the chance to pick the brains of leaders who have raised the bar and have consistently brought in results! I hope that one day I could be someone that would be able to be at par to what they have accomplished in this career!

Sir Max Joaquin's talk was indeed something that you could get so much learning from. To be able to hear of his success is something that I hopefully could emulate as the years go by!
