All members and Members Entitled to Vote (MEV) as of December 31, 2025, are expected to attend the Annual Regular General Assembly Meeting, as this represents the highest duty and responsibility of membership.

The Criteria for MEV are as follows for your guidance:
a. Paid the membership fee and the value of at least twenty (20) shares and has been a member for one (1) year;
b. Paid the monthly Capital Build Up (CBU) of 100 pesos or 1,200 pesos per annum.
c. Not delinquent in the payment of his share capital subscriptions and other accounts or obligations;
d. Not violated any provision of this By-laws, the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement: and the decisions, guidelines, rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Directors and the general assembly;
e. Completed the continuing education program prescribed by the Board of Directors; and
f. Participated in the affairs of the Cooperative and patronized its businesses in accordance with
cooperative’s policies and guidelines.

Also, the Top Form MPC office is still accepting applications from interested candidates for appointive positions. The deadline for submission of applications is on March 31, 2026.
