Makaguro Loans
Insular Savers Bank (ISB) is an accredited private lending institution of the Department of Education, under the management of Philippine Business Bank which offers “Makaguro Loan”, a multi-purpose loan facility extended to eligible permanent teaching and non-teaching personnel of DepEd via Automatic Payroll Deduction System(APDS).
ISB “Makaguro” Loan Program is currently available in National Capital Region (NCR), Region 4A (Calabarzon), Region 3 (Central Luzon) and soon in the Visayas and Bicol areas. Loan application form can be downloaded by clicking this link: Loan Application Form.
A. Minimum Qualification Requirements
Must be a Filipino citizen
Permanent teaching and non-teaching personnel included in DepEd’s Automatic Payroll Debit System (APDS)
At least 21-60 years old upon loan maturity
Must meet the minimum net take home pay requirement
B. Documentary Requirements – You can send via email, via our loan agent/coordinators, via regular mail/pouch through LBC, FedEx, Air21 or any courier you desire. You can also call us for pick up arrangement.
Completely filled up loan application form
Three (3) months recent original payslip
Certified true copy of service record (original copy must be presented)
Two (2) valid IDs
2×2 ID pictures
Original proof of billing or Barangay Clearance
