Yesterday was a blast! Baha is everywhere; Ulan is all over Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, and some areas in Mindanao. I had lots of realizations: I don't have my own house to live in. I've been here in Manila since 2014, and as of now, siguro pang 11 na lipat kona to. Pero what I realized most is that God never abandoned me or put me in any harm; I've never experienced floods or baha na pumasok sa bahay.

I am not happy to see those people who are still struggling because of the floods and the typhoon. My heart shrank every time I opened my social media and saw those animals (dogs, cats) left behind with chainsโ€”people who were trapped in their own houses. Nasirang gamit na bahay and nasirang bahay. Don ko na realized na, Lord, tama ka, lahat temporary lang talaga, those expensive things can be washed away with a single blast."But deep down in my soul, I kept on praying, God will protect us in the midst of this tragedy, no matter how bad you are, how kind you are, who ever you are, what positions you had, what colors you belong." God, I know, we are still your people, we are still your childrenโ€”we need you and your protection.

To all my clients, I praise God with all my heart; you are safe.

And to all MSC crews and families, some of you minesege ko. I am so happy with grace that the Lord heard my prayers and that you are safe and sound.

But no matter who you are, BREAD IS WINNER IS A BREAD WINNER. I was the Bread Winner before.. naku kada sahod, I want to eat something expensive, want to buy something KASO DI PWEDE KASI-- kulang!

Naalala ko si Papa before. Yes, papa ko. Hindi pa siya na retiro naghihirap na kame- noong 2nd yr college ako na stroke si papa-- and we are not ready for that matter.. we dont have emergency funds.. di kame prepared. So we need to ask ayuda sa mga kapatid ni papa and sa PCSO. Fast forward-- nong nagretiro si papa lahat ng nakuha niya sa pang gamot lang.. reason WALA KAMENG EMERGENCY FUNDs--

Balik tayo sa tanong si Mr Chinkee.. may kakilala ba ako na nagretiro na naghirap. Yes po.. at Papa ko po yun.
