AMAL brings fruitful partnership between 2 companies

Asian Mergers & Acquisitions Links (AMAL) recently witnessed the signing of agreement between Malate Construction and Development Corp. (MCDC) and Kyushu Yaesu of Japan for projects in housing in Candelaria and Cagayan de Oro. Both companies were able to 'find' one another via the assistance of AMAL who is an expert in mergers & acquisitions -- specifically finding Japanese and foreign companies to tie up with Filipino companies who are in need of additional capital for their expansion efforts.

Watch the video during the signing last July 16 at Diamond Residences Makati. AMAL's founder and CEO Hideki Tanifuji talked about the importance of the partnership which is supported by words of approval from Giovanni J. Olivares, President and CEO of MCDC and Hisao Nakashima, Executive Vice President of Kyushu Yaesu.
