HOW CAN I APPLY FOR SANGLA PAPELES?
1. Borrower Eligibility
Citizenship: Must be a Filipino citizen.
Age: Generally between 21 and 65 years old upon loan maturity.

2. Vehicle Qualifications
The unit must meet the following criteria to be accepted as collateral:
Ownership: The OR/CR must be registered under the borrower's name.
Ownership Duration: Must be owned by the borrower for at least 6 months prior to application.
Status: Must be unencumbered (fully paid, with no active bank liens, encumbrance notations, or chattel mortgages on the CR).
Vehicle Age:
Cars/SUVs: Usually 2012 to 2016 models and newer (maximum of 10 to 14 years old).
Trucks: 10 years old and below.
Condition: Must be in good physical and roadworthy running condition with standard license plates.
Exclusions: Yellow plates (public utility vehicles like taxis, jeepneys, or UV Express) and active commercial/TNVS transport units (e.g., Grab) are typically disqualified by standard commercial lenders.
3. General Documentary Requirements
No matter your source of income, you must submit these basic documents:
Duly Accomplished Loan Application Form.
Original OR/CR (Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration): Plus photocopies for the initial evaluation.
Two (2) Valid Government-issued IDs with photo and signature (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, UMID, PhilSys ID).
Latest Proof of Billing: Utility bills (water, electricity, internet, or phone) under your home address.
Recent 2x2 pictures (usually 2 to 3 copies).
Physical Stencil of the Engine and Chassis number (usually done on-site by the lending officer during appraisal).
4. Proof of Income Requirements
