Prudence and hard work!
Tama ba Ito, o Mali: Do not work for money, make it work for you!
Pero tanong ko, where will you get the money that will work for you if you have not worked for that money first?
Lahat ba ng ipinanganak na mayaman napadami yung perang minana nila? Diba marami sa kanila naubos ang mana kasi hindi sila marunong magpadami, even though they studied in the best schools money can buy?
Lahat ba nang umutang para magpalaki ng negosyo lumaki ang negosyo? I know of many people, some are very close friends, who did this. Pero imbes na lumaki, nabaon sila sa utang kasi hindi nila nahanda ang kompanya nila for faster growth.
Lahat ba ng nag invest sa stocks yumaman? Diba marami rin ang nawalan ng pera, because they made wrong choices.
Lahat ba ng nag invest sa franchise, like Jollibee and McDonald's, made a lot of money? Hindi ata! Especially when they chose the wrong location. Tapos pag masama pa ang service ng crew mo, walang papasok sa store mo.
If money can work for you, then sana lahat ng nagretire from years of working mayaman na, kasi malaki ang pera nakuha nila. But the reality is, many have to go back to work because they invested their money in the wrong things.
You see, money is an inanimate and passive object. Wala itong buhay, so it cannot work. "Money" will only grow in the hands of a prudent person, but in the hands of a fool, it will disappear!
Pag si Marvin Germo naginvest sa stocks kikita ang pera nya, pero kung ako ang mag invest sa stocks I might lose even my pants. If Marvin invests in a farm, he may lose all the money he earned in the stock market. Pero kung ako nag invest sa farm, I will have a better chance of making more money from the money I put in.
Money can only work for a man who has grown the right abilities in the field of his expertise. But money will play dead to a man who thinks that he can use it as a slave, while he sits around doing nothing.
