We want to extend our deepest and most sincere apologies for the extended downtime and the missed restoration timelines over the past two days. Important Advisory on App Features
📱Fund Security: We explicitly reconfirm that throughout this entire maintenance period, all customer funds and data remained 100% safe, secure, and completely untouched.
⏸️Temporarily Unavailable Features: To guarantee total platform stability and complete network security following our system modifications, a few features will remain temporarily offline while we conduct further optimizations:
- Foreign Exchange (FOREX): Currency conversion features are temporarily paused.
- Bills Payment: This feature will be suspended for more than 4–5 days.
- QR Payment for Merchants: In-store QR transaction features are temporarily unavailable.
All other core features, including viewing your funds and account management, are fully operational. We are actively working to reactivate these specific functions systematically and will update you the exact moment they are safely back online.
