👉Mababa ang kita diyan = scam yung mas mataas pa dito
👉Dami pa utang = nakasanayan mo na kasi mang-utang
👉Magbubusiness na lang ako = maganda yan pero mas maganda kung diverse ka
👉May ipon ako sa banko = kuntento ka na sa interest na binibigay ng banko?
👉Scam naman yan = invested kay Ayala Corp, Jollibee, SM etc., scam ba sila?
👉Hindi pa priority yan = hindi mo pala priority ang retirement, kapag wala ka ng work pag tanda mo
👉Ang tanda ko na = tumanda ka na, lahat ng nauna eh yun ang iniisip mo before.

Wala ka na nga investment hindi ka pa insured🤨

The other day, I have 4 clients.

23 years old
30 years old
47 years old
50 years old

We did Financial planning. I asked them, "Meron na po ba kayong natabing money allotted sa retirement or pag nagkasakit kayo, or something?"

23 years old > Wala pa po akong ipon, bago lang akong nag wowork po kasi.

30 years old > Wala pa eh, kasi maliit pa sahod ko noon.

47 years old > Meron naman dati, kaso nagalaw ko may emergency kasi nagkasakit anak ko, kay naubos din.

50 years old > Wala, ubos na! hahahaha, kung nakilala sana kitang mas maaga, sana nakapag simula ako. Single mom kasi ako, kaya halos lahat sakin. Ngayon, ilan taon na lang akong mag wowork, sana mahabol pa natin? Malalaki na anak ko eh, may sarili na silang buhay.

Nakita nyo pattern? Kahit anung edad, di pa sila nakapag simula. May kanyang kanyang rason, hindi ko sinasabing mali sila, meron lang mali sa habit nila. Anu? yung wala sila mismong habit ng pag tatabi para sa sarili nila.

Now, these clients of mine, will start their plans, iba iba man purpose ng kukunin nilang plan, I know someday, they will thank themselves for starting now.
