Weโre looking for a Mortgage/Loan Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals.
Work alongside experienced Australian Mortgage Brokers, support end-to-end loan applications, and gain valuable international exposure in the Australian finance industry.

โข Collect, verify, and organize essential client documentation
โข Assist with end-to-end mortgage loan processing and credit assessments
โข Support loan applications, including parabroking activities and lender submissions
โข Prepare lender application forms and Discharge Authority (DA) forms
โข Maintain and update accurate client records within the Connective/MyCRM system
โข Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth loan settlements
โข Monitor application progress and follow up on outstanding requirements
โข Contribute to process improvements and best-practice mortgage workflows

โข Minimum 2 years of experience supporting an Australian Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Broking Firm
โข Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end mortgage loan processing
โข Proficiency in MyCRM (essential)
โข Experience conducting credit analysis and assessing client financial information
โข Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
โข Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
โข Completed at least 2 years of college (any discipline)
โข Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is an advantage
