🏓 BDMPC INTER-COOP PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT 2026 — A SUCCESS! 🏆

What an incredible two days of sportsmanship, fellowship, and friendly competition! The BDMPC Inter-Coop Pickleball Tournament 2026, held on August 22–23, 2026 at The Pickle Labb Arena, was truly a memorable and successful event. 💙🏓

Initiated by the BDMPC Youth Committee, chaired by Mr. Jay Paul Aying, with Sir Cary Escabarte, the tournament brought together cooperators and sports enthusiasts in the spirit of camaraderie, wellness, and friendly competition.

The event was officially opened through a short program graced by the presence of the BDMPC Board of Directors, BDMPC Management Officers, Cong. Baba Yap, and City Mayor Hon. Jane Yap.

Adding even more meaning to the celebration, Cong. Baba Yap personally participated in the two-day BDMPC Pickle Ball Tournament, sharing the court with our fellow cooperators and showing his support for sports and cooperative fellowship. 🙌🏓

This successful event would not have been possible without the dedication, hard work, and teamwork of our event organizers and sports coordinators who made sure that every game was conducted smoothly and successfully - as well as the supports of our sponsors: CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative, Angelica Life Plan, Tagbilaran City Government, and Security Bank.

A special appreciation also goes to Engr. Boboy Labunog and family, owners of the world-class The Pickle Labb Arena for graciously accommodating our event and generously allowing us to use their superb LED wall FREE OF CHARGE during the awarding ceremony. Your generosity added a truly special touch to our celebration. 👏❤️

More than just a tournament, this was a celebration of cooperation, friendship, health, and community.

Congratulations to all the players, winners, organizers, coordinators, supporters, and everyone who made BDMPC Inter-Coop Pickleball Tournament 2026 a smashing success! 🎉🏆

Eligibility:
1. Participants must be active members, officers, employees, or directors of a ANY registered cooperative.
2. 18 years old and below are not required to be member of the cooperative.However,they must be listed as beneficiary of a cooperative member to qualify.
3. Participants must present a valid Cooperative ID, Certificate of Membership, or an endorsement from their cooperative during registration.
4. Individuals who are not yet members of any cooperative may still participate provided they register and become a member of a duly registered cooperative before the tournament registration closes. Proof of membership must be submitted to the Tournament Organizing Committee.
5. Each participant may represent only one (1) cooperative throughout the tournament.
6. All participants are expected to observe fair play, sportsmanship, and comply with the official tournament rules.
7. The Tournament Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify membership status and approve or disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements.
