Job description
We are looking for a strong leader to ensure the effective, efficient, and compliant operation of the branch to support our customers and drive its financial success. The successful candidate will be able to ensure the success of the branch, has good experience managing collections, can work under pressure and has great customer and communication skills. This individual must have high levels of integrity and be able to support our customer’s needs. Need to be able to be assigned to any branch in or near Eastern Visayas ans surrounding locations.

Minimum Qualification:
• At least 5 years managing teams.
• College graduate in any relevant business or related to degree.
• Experience in lending, marketing, or collection.
