TYPHOON UWAN INTENSIFIES
Based on the 11 AM weather bulletin issued by PAGASA, Typhoon Uwan has rapidly intensified over the Philippine Sea, east of Eastern Visayas.
Its center was last seen in the East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar or East of Catarman, Northern Samar.
Meanwhile, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals #2, 1, are raised in some areas:
