This morning felt different. ❤️For the 1st time in 17years, I woke up knowing there was no office to report to, no meetings to prepare for, and no branch waiting for me.. ☺️ today marks the beginning of a new chapter.✨️

Now enjoying my cup of hot choco, reflecting on the journey that brought me here.. a career filled with challenges that strengthened me, and countless people who made every year meaningful. 🥰

1 day to go... 💙

After 17 wonderful years, tomorrow I begin a brand-new chapter.

People ask me, "What's next after retirement?"

My answer is simple: I'm making time for the life I've been postponing.

✨ More family time.
🎓 More school programs and milestones I no longer want to miss.
🎨 More volunteer work that fills my heart—like recently spending time painting with cancer patients.
💃 More dancing.
🎼 More moments with my beloved bandurria after more than a decade.
❤️ More time to simply live with purpose, gratitude, and joy.

Retirement isn't the end of the journey—it's the beginning of living life at a different pace, with a fuller heart.

To everyone who has been part of my 17-year journey, thank you for your trust, support, friendship, and the memories we'll always share.

Here's to new beginnings... and to finally saying "yes" to the things I love.🥰

I used to believe that the key to success was simple: choose what you're good at and what you love doing.

Then a friend shared a perspective that changed the way I think.

In a world full of challenges and fierce competition, it's not always about what you want. Sometimes, it's about understanding what the market needs and where the demand is.

Passion is important—but passion alone doesn't always pay the bills. At the end of the day, people invest in products and services that solve their problems and add value to their lives.

So instead of asking, "What do I want to offer?" maybe we should also ask, "What do people need, and how can I serve them best?"

The sweet spot is where your skills, your passion, and the market's demand meet. That's where opportunities become sustainable, and dreams have a better chance of becoming reality.

After an incredible 17-year journey, my heart is filled with nothing but gratitude...

To my 💙 teammates who became family, thank you for the countless memories, teamwork, laughter, and support through every challenge and success.

To our hardworking 💙 loan agents, thank you for your dedication, trust, and commitment. Your efforts have been a huge part of every milestone we've achieved together.
