Aien, our Branch Head. No words are good enough to describe her, but let me at least try. A lot of you already know her; she has been very consistent with her achievements and to name a few, MDRT back-to-back-to-back, Rookie Unit 2016, Unit of the Year 2017, Rookie Branch 2018, GAMA, MRAA and a lot more. Her success is defined by how she puts her heart in everything she does that's why excellence is given. She’s a very hard-working woman, but it’s not all that that made her very successful; it is because she has a genuine, loving and generous heart. I could not even count the ways how she does it, and I am certain that a lot of you have witnessed or experienced how, in so many different ways. She is so selfless, that she’s willing to go the extra mile to see us succeed.
She has a very sensitive spirit, that she sees our pain and quietly works hard to help us. So generous with her time, that no matter how busy life gets, she makes it a point to have time for us. But above all that, she has a very grateful heart, so grateful for the Lord, for her life and family, for her triumphs and challenges and everything in between. Truly, a beautiful person inside and out.

Sir Henry Abia, our Region Head- Renaissance Region, whom I have so much respect and regard, a very wise man with so much passion in everything he’s doing and so hands-on. One who never tires sharing his wisdom and in guiding us to the best of his ability, so we may reach our fullest potential. A man, who most of the time, I feared meeting, and at the same time is eager to meet, pwede pala un. Hehehe 😆. I would shy away sitting next to him or being the first to speak in our meetings, for I know for most of the time laging “masasabon” ako; but nevertheless, I would sit next to him and be the first to volunteer to speak, for I have known the man whom I will be sitting next with and be speaking with, someone whom I can learn a lot from and is always looking at our best interest at heart. I would personally describe his leadership to my sentiments, as “Tough Love.” He would tell you exactly what he thinks, even if it is not good to hear, not that because he does not honor your feelings, but he just want to be honest, so we can better assess ourselves, see through our feelings, emotions and be logical, so we can concentrate on improving on the things that we are challenged with and I like that.

Ms. Gen, a lot of you already know her. Of course, sino ba nmn ang ndi makakakilala sa isa sa pinakamasipag na AAH ng Manulife. She had received a lot of recognitions that she had so worked hard for and truly deserves, but is never for a minute been full of herself, humble parin. 😊Sobrang workaholic na kahit nung nagkasakit sya at kelangan ng pahinga work parin. hehehe Laging lagare ang schedule. Ang mahal daw kase ng dog food ngaun. hahahaha 🤣✌️🐶
But despite her busy schedule, she always have the ear to listen. She would always give you time for the most important thing, which is to check if you are still doing okay. Because behind every target and quota, she sees us, not just any number but as an individual. You would feel that she really cares.

We really appreciate what you’re doing for us. We know that you always have our best interest at heart and with your help, we know we can be better, be more and do more.
