✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Ability to assess loan applications and build relationships with clients
✅ Prior experience in microfinance / lending or related field is a plus
✅ A self-motivated individual with attention to detail
✅ Has a Motorcycle and updated Driver's License
✅ Willing to be assigned or reshuffled in other areas
✅ Flexible in work and branch assignments
✅ Willing to work on a stay-in basis in a company provided accommodation
✅ Willing to undergo training and work outdoor and in the field

Santa Cruz, Laguna ,
Siniloan, Laguna and
Infanta, Quezon any areas as needed by the company.
