We are pleased to inform you that the application period for the year-end bonus loan is now open! This special loan offers you the opportunity to access funds in advance of your year-end bonus, providing you with financial flexibility.

• Application Period: July 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024
• Eligibility: All active Plantilla members.
• Loan Amount: Up to 50% of your expected year-end bonus.
• Interest Rate: 1%/month
• Repayment Terms: Will be deducted to your Year-End Bonus Payroll

How to Apply:
1. Fill out the loan application form, available at the cooperative office or email the form to [email protected].
2. Submit the completed form along with any required documents (e.g., proof of employment, recent payslips), if necessary.
3. Await approval and disbursement of funds, which typically occurs within 1-2 business days.
