Sa ilalim ng programang ito, ang kumpanya ay nagbibigay ng accessible at abot-kayang rent-to-own scheme para sa mga kwalipikadong empleyado, upang magkaroon sila ng sariling motorsiklo na magagamit sa kanilang field work, collection activities, client monitoring, at iba pang opisyal na tungkulin.

BRANCH LOAN COLLECTOR

Sustainable Community Microfinance Corp. (SCMC) is looking for a Branch Loan Collector to join our growing team and help us serve our partner clients in the community.

📌 Qualifications:

At least Senior High School graduate (college level is an advantage)

With experience in loan collection, microfinance, or related field (preferred but not required)

Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

Willing to do fieldwork and handle daily collections

With good communication and interpersonal skills

Knows how to drive a motorcycle and has both motorcycle and drivers license

📌 Responsibilities:

Conduct daily loan collections from clients

Ensure accurate recording and remittance of collections

Coordinate with Branch Manager and Account Officers

Maintain proper documentation and reports

Ang Pasko ay paalala ng pag-asa, kapayapaan, kagalakan, at pagmamahal—mga pagpapahalagang isinasabuhay namin araw-araw sa paglilingkod sa aming mga kliyente at komunidad.

Sa diwa ng Kapanganakan ni Hesukristo, patuloy kaming nagsisilbi nang may malasakit, pananampalataya, at pagkakaisa. Sa kabila ng mga hamon, nananatili ang SCMC bilang instrumento ng pag-asa at pagbabago.

Nawa’y ang kanyang halimbawa ng pananampalataya at debosyon ay maging inspirasyon sa atin upang higit na mahalin ang Diyos at paglilingkuran ang ating kapwa ng may puso at katapatan. 🙏💙

We have confused Your command to subdue the earth.
The environment is made to suffer our wrongdoing, and now we reap the harvest of our abuse and indifference.
Global warming is upon us. Typhoons, floods, volcanic eruption, and other natural calamities occur in increasing number and intensity.
