Today, our President and CEO had the privilege of hosting and serving as the speaker for the SCMC Training and Seminar for our staff, with the theme:

“Serving with Excellence: Working Wholeheartedly for God and for the Community”

Guided by Colossians 3:23 — “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord” — the seminar reminded our staff that our work is more than a responsibility; it is a mission of service.

Bahagi ng employee benefits program ng SCMC ang Motorcycle Ownership Program. Sa ilalim ng programang ito, ang kumpanya ay nagbibigay ng accessible at abot-kayang rent-to-own scheme para sa mga kwalipikadong empleyado, upang magkaroon sila ng sariling motorsiklo na magagamit sa kanilang field work, collection activities, client monitoring, at iba pang opisyal na tungkulin.
