𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟏 | 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐔𝐍𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐃: 𝐅𝐔𝐍, 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒, & 𝐒𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 | 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔
From laughter-filled games to eye-opening lessons on financial awareness, this training created a meaningful and lasting impact.
With the wisdom and expertise of our inspiring Resource Speaker, Ms. Sally P. Patong, Senior TEC Teacher and Secretary of the Education and Training Committee, our Ka Tam-an Savers enjoyed a day filled with fun, interactive activities while discovering the importance of financial discipline and smart saving habits.
The training also featured sessions on Soft Skills—Communication, Leadership, and Responsible Money Habits—equipping participants with essential life skills beyond financial literacy. Participants further showcased their creativity and insights through a Poster Making Contest and Slogan Making Contest.
The Opening and Welcome Remarks were delivered by Chairperson Dir. Harvey Emmannuel Tomas Limong, setting the tone for an inspiring and purpose-driven training. An encouraging message was also shared by Director Wilson B. Daulayan, Vice Chairperson of Tam-an BMPC and Chairperson of the Education and Training Committee, motivating everyone to grow and become responsible individuals.
The training was actively participated in by the Board of Directors led by Chairperson Dir. Harvey Emmannuel Tomas Limong, together with the Audit Committee, Election Committee, and Ka Tam-an Saver members—reflecting unity and a shared commitment to continuous learning and development.
The Closing Remarks were delivered by Vice Chairperson Dir. Suzanne Magdalene Bandao, leaving participants inspired to apply the lessons learned in their daily lives.

Ang tunay na pagpapahalaga sa ating pinaghirapan ay nagsisimula sa pag-unawa na ang bawat pisong kinikita natin ay bunga ng ating pawis at sakripisyo, kaya naman hindi kailanman dapat ikahiya ang pagiging matipid o "kuripot." Ayon kay Chinkee Tan, ang pag-iingat sa ating pera ay hindi pagpapakita ng kakuriputan, kundi isang matalinong paraan ng pagsisinop upang matiyak na mayroon tayong sapat na sandigan sa oras ng pangangailangan. Sa ating paglalakbay tungo sa financial freedom, tandaan natin na ang bawat pagkakataong piliin nating mag-ipon kaysa gumastos sa hindi kailangan ay isang hakbang palapit sa ating mga pangarap. Huwag tayong matakot na maging wais sa ating budget, dahil ang disiplinang ito ang magsisilbing proteksyon natin at ng ating pamilya sa hinaharap.
