8. Siyam (9) Cluster Representative sa Batangas 1
9. Isang (1) Cluster Representative sa TSISI Area
10. Dalawang (2) Cluster Representatives sa North Luzon
Ang paghahain ng Certificate of Candidacy (COC) ay gagawing purely online. Ang COC forms ay maaaring ma download sa website ng kooperatiba (www.sidc.coop) at SIDC official page.
