To wrap up this week, here’s one of the biggest highlights. 💕

We are so happy to share that our Certificate of Tax Exemption has finally been released today! After a long process, we are grateful and joyful that what we have been requesting and praying for has finally been granted.

The journey was not easy, but by God’s grace we gained favor along the way.

This week has been full of productive meetings after our discussions with the Board of Directors and the different Cooperative Committees. It’s truly inspiring to see everyone working together to strengthen our cooperative.

Today, we were also able to conduct a Pre-Conference with our Audit Team in preparation for our CDA and BIR compliance. These preparations are important to ensure transparency, accountability, and good governance in our cooperative.

Thank you to everyone who continues to dedicate their time and effort. Together, we are building a stronger and more responsible cooperative for our members.

Last March 24, the Move Up Community Savings and Credit Cooperative attended the GAD (Gender and Development) Awareness Seminar conducted by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST).

We are truly thankful for the opportunity to learn and gain additional knowledge that will help us grow not only as individuals but also as a cooperative that promotes awareness, equality, and community development.

Last March 18–19, the Move Up Community Savings and Credit Cooperative attended and actively participated in the Compliance Forum for all Cooperatives in Quezon City, held at Hive Hotel and Convention Place and sponsored by the Quezon City Government.

This two-day seminar was truly a meaningful learning experience for our cooperative. Lawyers and cooperative experts were present to share their knowledge and answer our questions regarding compliance, governance, and cooperative management.

As a newly approved cooperative, we were grateful for the opportunity to meet many leaders from the cooperative community. We learned valuable insights from their experiences and built new connections that will help strengthen our mission to serve our members better.

We are thankful for the new learning, guidance, and potential partnerships formed during this forum. Together, we continue to grow and work toward empowering our community through cooperation.

In celebration of Women’s Month, we warmly invite all Move Up Community Savings and Credit Cooperative members to join our Gender and Development (GAD) Awareness Seminar.

This meaningful seminar will be conducted by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) in partnership with Move Up Community Savings and Credit Cooperative to promote awareness on gender equality, women empowerment, and inclusive community development.
