ADVISORY

The Cooperative Assessment Information System (CAIS) is now accessible to all cooperatives. Accordingly, we would like to remind cooperatives to file their reports with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) within one hundred twenty (120) days from the end of the calendar year.

Pursuant to Rule 8, Section 2 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9520 and Memorandum Circular 2025-02, the following reports must be submitted through the Authority’s Reporting System to obtain a Certificate of Compliance (COC):

Cooperative Annual Progress Report (CAPR) and its attachments, to wit:
● Original Audited Financial Statements;
● Social Audit Report;
● Performance Audit Report which comprises of the Government and Management Audit Report, Financial Performance Standard or the S.T.E.P.S., and the Summary Audit Report;
● Semi-annual report on mediation and conciliation as received by the Authority under EO 97; and
● List of Officers and Training Undertaken.
● Annual Tax Incentives Report (ATIR) and Annual Benefit Report (ABR)
